Risk Reduction Framework
The Department of Health & Social Care (DHSC) have published their COVID-19: Adult Social Care Risk Reduction Framework, to provide adult social care employers with guidance on how to keep social care staff safe and well at work.
The adult social care risk reduction framework has been developed in response to requests from employers and concerns that workers who are potentially more vulnerable to infection or adverse outcomes from COVID-19, may not be adequately supported.
