Telephone Consultation

We offer a telephone consultation to really get to know you and your organisation, ensuring a truly personalised service can be offered.

This service is available either via video conference or telephone and is charged at £75.

Preparation and Guidance for your interviews

If you would like help with preparation and guidance for your interviews,  this service is charged at £150 and will take place after the CQC have arranged your interview and requested you provide additional information.

This involves a telephone / video conference call that usually lasts around 2 hours and the preparation of a report outlining the answers that need to be given to the CQC during your interview.

Fully Personalised Policies and Procedures

We recommend purchasing our Policies and procedures pack after you are registered. This contains all of the policies you should ever need, written specifically for your service. This is normally charged at £1,195 but we will give you a 10% discount if purchased at the same time as registration support.

Business Plan Writing Service

Embarking on a care business can be daunting, and trying to capture your vision in a business plan can feel overwhelming. Our expert business plan writing service offers a tailored solution, ensuring that we accurately capture your plans and goals. This saves you time, reduces uncertainty, and reflects your dedication to care excellence.

Application Support

We can support you in the completion or review of both your ‘Provider’ & ‘Registered Manager’ applications prior to submission.

Startup Policies

This pack contains all of the policies required by the CQC for registration. This is charged at £235 and includes a discount of £235 on our full policy pack for when your application is successful.

Just the help you need

If you prefer to undertake your own registration, we can check and provide guidance on your completed documents, this service is charged at £75 per hour.

Find a suitable Registered  Manager

Ensure they have practical experience working with each of the service user types you would like to be regulated for.[/icon_timeline_item][icon_timeline_item time_title=”Step 2.” title_font_color=”#009ddb”]

Apply for your DBS check.

As part of your application, you  will need to enclose a DBS disclosure number with your forms. So, to complete the process as quickly as possible, obtaining a DBS check should be the first action you take.[/icon_timeline_item][icon_timeline_item time_title=”Step 3.” title_font_color=”#009ddb”]

Get your website built and published.

As part of your application, you will need to have a website live. Your website should include your contact details, a list of your services and an about us section. You will also need to source hosting for your website.[/icon_timeline_item][icon_timeline_item time_title=”Step 4.” title_font_color=”#009ddb”]

Complete your Business Plan.

This will give you a lot of the information that you will need for your Statement of Purpose. You should describe your business. Cover your aims and objectives, strategies, sales, marketing and financial forecasts.

Register for the CQC portal.

Head over to Care Quality Commission’s website and go to the ‘Register as new provider’.[/icon_timeline_item][icon_timeline_item time_title=”Step 6.” title_font_color=”#009ddb”]

Prepare your supporting documents.

This includes financial viability statement, Insurance quote, ICO registration and policies. The FVS needs to be completed by someone regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).[/icon_timeline_item][icon_timeline_item time_title=”Step 7.” title_font_color=”#009ddb”]

Complete your application.

This includes your Registered Manager application, Provider Application and Statement of Purpose.[/icon_timeline_item][icon_timeline_item time_title=”Step 8.” title_font_color=”#009ddb”]

Submit your application.

Review the checklist and make sure that you have included all documents,  your statement of purpose, your policies and procedures and your Registered Manager application before you submit everything to the CQC.[/icon_timeline_item][/icon_timeline]

When you submit your application to the CQC, you will also need to submit supporting documents such as a Business Plan or a sample Care Plan depending on the type of service that you are registering.  Your application will be returned if any of these supporting documents are missing.
