If you prefer to undertake your own mock inspection, we will provide you with all the tools you need to enable you to gather your evidence.
Our self-assessment toolkits are designed around the CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs), which include prompts, sources of evidence, examples of key ratings and their links to regulations and the Fundamental Standards. By using our templates, you can rate your service against each KLOE and easily identify areas for improvement and the differences between good and outstanding.
Following a CQC inspection or commissioner monitoring visit, we will help you respond to any actions that have been identified within required timescales.
This service includes an initial call with the Registered Manager to discuss the concerns raised, the preparation of a response including an appropriate action plan with clear timescales for completion and providing support and guidance to minimise the risk of reoccurrence.
