We provide separate policies for Domiciliary Care, Supported Living Services and Care Homes. These can all be found on our online Portal, where you can store your documents, share them with staff and they can be edited whenever you wish.
We have a Start-up Pack for those who just need the Policies to support their CQC Registration. This is charged at £235 and paid as a one-off cost.

We then have Bronze, Silver and Gold Packages which vary in the following ways:
The Bronze Package is £74.95 a month (minimum 12 months) and contains our Pre & Post Inspection Toolkits, Mock Inspection Toolkit, Human Resource Policy Pack, Health and safety policy pack, COVID-19 docs, Operations policy pack and these are all updated regularly. There is no personalisation with this package so you would need to add in your company logo and contact details, etc.
The Silver Package is £99.95 a month (minimum 12 months) and contains all of the above in addition to Care Plan Templates and Documents. All your documents within a silver package would be personalised with your company logo and preferred terms (e.g. how you like to refer to service users, specific company information like address and contact details, etc).This is our most popular package and comes recommended!
The Gold Package is £124.95 a month (minimum 12 months) and contains all of the silver package but in addition you get the full Policy Index printed and professionally bound for your office space.
Most of our customers opt for the Silver Package and then anything they want to print they do so as and when required.
